Programs that already run Salesforce as their SIS (or hybrid CRM/SIS) can register the same OpenAPI spec in External Services and pull clinical education data into Flow Builder. Optional webhooks and site-scoped partner keys cover change notifications and hospital boundaries. Clinical encounter detail is available through clinical logs and progress analytics.
